HotHawk

When to use this guide: Read this before configuring HotHawk with OutboundSync to confirm what the integration covers today.

OutboundSync connects HotHawk to HubSpot and Salesforce as a one-way sync, logging email reply activity from HotHawk’s unified inbox onto the matching contact or lead record.

HotHawk consolidates replies across many sending accounts into a single inbox so reps can move quickly through the queue. OutboundSync sits behind that workflow: when a rep replies to a prospect through HotHawk, the activity gets written to your CRM with proper contact association, so RevOps and reporting stay accurate without anyone exporting CSVs or copying threads.

Conversation tagging and categorization done inside HotHawk also flow into the CRM as contact properties, which makes it possible to route hot prospects, assign leads by reply sentiment, or trigger workflows when high-value replies land.

  • Inbound replies received in HotHawk’s unified inbox
  • Outbound replies sent by reps through HotHawk
  • Reply categorization and conversation tags applied in HotHawk
  • Sending account context so multi-domain campaigns stay attributable
  • Contact matching and deduplication against existing CRM records
  • Timestamps and message metadata on every activity
  • HubSpot — direct integration
  • Salesforce — direct integration
