Salesforge

When to use this guide: Read this before configuring Salesforge with OutboundSync to confirm what the integration covers today.

OutboundSync connects Salesforge to HubSpot and Salesforce as a one-way sync, sending email and social campaign activity into your CRM automatically as events occur.

Salesforge runs coordinated email and social outbound. OutboundSync receives the Salesforge webhooks for those events and writes them to the matching contact or lead record — so reps, RevOps, and leadership work from the same activity history.

Campaign IDs, campaign names, timestamps, and message details are written alongside the activity so routing, reporting, and attribution all hold up inside the CRM.

  • Email sent, email opened, link clicked, email bounced, and email replied
  • Contact unsubscribed events
  • Positive reply and negative reply classifications
  • Social reply events alongside email activity
  • Campaign IDs, names, timestamps, and message details on each activity
  • HubSpot — direct integration
  • Salesforce — direct integration

See Salesforge + HubSpot and Salesforge + Salesforce for destination-specific field mappings.

  • One-way sync. Data flows Salesforge → CRM. Updates in HubSpot or Salesforce are not written back to Salesforge.
  • Beta. The integration is live as a direct Beta. Setup is currently handled by the OutboundSync team during onboarding.
