Sync GetSales email and social activity into HubSpot and Salesforce. See which events are logged, what each carries, and the current scope.

When to use this guide: Read this before configuring GetSales with OutboundSync to confirm what the integration covers today.

OutboundSync connects GetSales to HubSpot and Salesforce as a one-way sync, sending email and social campaign activity into your CRM in near-real time as events occur.

What this integration does

GetSales is a multichannel sales engagement platform combining email and social outreach. OutboundSync receives GetSales webhook events and maps them to standard HubSpot and Salesforce activity, so the CRM timeline shows both channels of a sequence without manual exports.

What syncs into your CRM

OutboundSync processes these GetSales webhook events:

Each activity carries the GetSales automation (campaign) ID and name and the event timestamp.

OutboundSync doesn’t process email open, link click, or bounce events from GetSales, so those don’t appear in your CRM. GetSales sequence step numbers aren’t passed through either.

Scope and current limitations

  • One-way sync. Data flows GetSales → CRM. Updates in HubSpot or Salesforce are not written back to GetSales.
  • Beta. The integration is live as a direct Beta. Setup is currently handled by the OutboundSync team during onboarding.
