When to use this guide: Read this before configuring GetSales with OutboundSync to confirm what the integration covers today.
OutboundSync connects GetSales to HubSpot and Salesforce as a one-way sync, sending email and social campaign activity into your CRM as events occur.
What this integration does
Section titled “What this integration does”GetSales is a multichannel sales engagement platform combining email and social outreach. OutboundSync receives the major GetSales webhook events and maps them to standard HubSpot and Salesforce fields, so the CRM activity timeline stays current without manual exports.
Contact and account records are updated in real time as events fire, which makes downstream CRM workflows and reporting easier to build.
What syncs into your CRM

- Social outreach activity (connection events and replies)
- Lead status and disposition updates
- Campaign IDs, names, and step metadata on each activity
- Contact and account property updates as engagement signals arrive

Scope and current limitations
Section titled “Scope and current limitations”- One-way sync. Data flows GetSales → CRM. Updates in HubSpot or Salesforce are not written back to GetSales.
