Salesfinity

When to use this guide: Read this before configuring Salesfinity with OutboundSync to confirm what the integration covers today.

OutboundSync connects Salesfinity call activity into HubSpot as a one-way sync. Salesfinity is handled differently from standard email or social platforms because routing is based on account configuration and Salesfinity custom fields.

Salesfinity is a sales dialer platform for outbound calling. OutboundSync receives Salesfinity call events, routes them to the right HubSpot account, and logs call activity on the matching CRM record.

The integration supports account routing, update-only behavior, and curated field mappings so call metadata can land in HubSpot without creating noisy or duplicate records.

  • Logged call activity
  • Direction, status, disposition, recording URL, transcript, and phone metadata when available
  • Contact and company context from the Salesfinity payload
  • Routing field name and value used to isolate the correct HubSpot account
  • Field mappings configured during onboarding
  • HubSpot — direct integration

Salesfinity is not supported in the current Close beta. Salesforce coverage is not documented as generally available for this integration.

  • One-way sync. Data flows Salesfinity -> HubSpot. Updates in HubSpot are not written back to Salesfinity.
  • Phone/call channel. Email, social, and inbox-management events are out of scope.
  • Routing is required. Salesfinity setup requires a routing field and routing value so activity lands in the correct HubSpot account.
  • Guided setup. Setup is currently handled with the OutboundSync team during onboarding.
