SuperSend

When to use this guide: Read this before configuring SuperSend with OutboundSync to confirm what the integration covers today.

OutboundSync connects SuperSend to HubSpot and Salesforce as a one-way sync, logging every campaign interaction as a structured activity on the matching contact or lead record.

SuperSend is built for high-volume cold email — inbox rotation, deliverability tooling, fast campaign setup. OutboundSync captures the engagement those campaigns generate and writes it into your CRM, so reps can see prospect activity without leaving HubSpot or Salesforce.

Contact matching, deduplication, and reply detection are handled automatically. As you iterate on messaging and templates, the activity timeline in your CRM stays current.

  • Email sends, opens, link clicks, replies, and bounces
  • Lead status and disposition updates from SuperSend campaigns
  • Campaign IDs, names, and step metadata on each activity
  • Sending account and inbox rotation context
  • Contact matching and deduplication against existing CRM records
  • HubSpot — direct integration
  • Salesforce — direct integration

See SuperSend + HubSpot and SuperSend + Salesforce for the destination-specific field mappings.

  • One-way sync. Data flows SuperSend → CRM. Updates in HubSpot or Salesforce are not written back to SuperSend.
  • Email channel only. Phone and social are out of scope.
  • Beta. The integration is live as a direct Beta. Setup is currently handled by the OutboundSync team during onboarding.
