SuperSend
When to use this guide: Read this before configuring SuperSend with OutboundSync to confirm what the integration covers today.
OutboundSync connects SuperSend to HubSpot and Salesforce as a one-way sync, logging every campaign interaction as a structured activity on the matching contact or lead record.
What this integration does
Section titled “What this integration does”SuperSend is built for high-volume cold email — inbox rotation, deliverability tooling, fast campaign setup. OutboundSync captures the engagement those campaigns generate and writes it into your CRM, so reps can see prospect activity without leaving HubSpot or Salesforce.
Contact matching, deduplication, and reply detection are handled automatically. As you iterate on messaging and templates, the activity timeline in your CRM stays current.
