SalesRobot
When to use this guide: Read this before configuring SalesRobot with OutboundSync to confirm what the integration covers today.
OutboundSync connects SalesRobot to HubSpot and Salesforce as a one-way sync, logging both social and cold email activity to the matching contact or lead record so every touchpoint lives in one place.
What this integration does
Section titled “What this integration does”SalesRobot runs coordinated social and cold email campaigns from a single platform. OutboundSync receives the webhooks SalesRobot fires for each event and turns them into structured CRM activities — no manual logging, no CSV exports.
Pipeline attribution then accounts for every channel a prospect engaged with, regardless of whether the conversation started over email or social.
