• Self-serve setup: Smartlead, Instantly, EmailBison, and HeyReach connect with your own API key; Aimfox is webhook-only (no API key). Follow the connector guides plus a CRM setup guide — create an account, connect your CRM, and send test webhook payloads on the free tier.
• Guided setup: other platforms — such as Salesforge, GetSales, Mixmax, Reply.io, Lemlist, Brevo, and SalesRobot — are fully supported but don’t offer self-serve API-key connection yet, so the OutboundSync team configures them with you.
