Reply.io

When to use this guide: Read this before configuring Reply.io with OutboundSync to confirm what the integration covers today.

OutboundSync connects Reply.io to HubSpot and Salesforce as a one-way sync for multichannel sales engagement activity. Reply.io webhook events are received by OutboundSync and mapped to CRM activity on the matching contact or lead record.

Reply.io can produce email, LinkedIn, contact-status, and call-related events from outbound sequences. OutboundSync normalizes those webhook events so CRM records show the outbound activity history alongside your other engagement platforms.

This is most useful for teams that use Reply.io for both email and LinkedIn touches and need CRM attribution, routing, and reporting to stay current.

  • Email sends, opens, replies, bounces, link clicks, auto-replies, and reply categories
  • LinkedIn connection requests, accepted connections, messages, replies, and reply categories
  • Contact opt-out and sequence-finished events
  • Prospect-called events when present in Reply.io payloads
  • Campaign, sequence, user, team, and timestamp metadata when available
  • HubSpot — direct integration
  • Salesforce — direct integration
