HubSpot tier guide
When to use this guide: Use this guide when you are onboarding OutboundSync or validating initial setup.
OutboundSync works across all HubSpot plans, but to fully utilize the data being logged from OutboundSync in HubSpot may require subscribing to a specific HubSpot.
This guide shows which OutboundSync features are unavailable, partially available, or fully available on each HubSpot plan across Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise tiers.
The main limitation for Free tier plans is that users can have up to 1,000 total contacts in their CRM. Syncing replies and corresponding events is the only viable way to use OutboundSync for Free tier HubSpot plans.
Description by tier
Section titled “Description by tier”OutboundSync has no feature-gating — it works across all HubSpot plans. Specific HubSpot plans are required to unlock features in HubSpot, so each tier below includes everything from the tiers above it.
