Create your OutboundSync account

When to use this guide: Use this guide when you need an OutboundSync account to evaluate the product or connect your CRM and sales engagement platform.

OutboundSync uses passwordless email login. There is no separate sign-up page — your account is created the first time you complete sign-in with a new email address.

Create or sign in to your account

1. Go to app.outboundsync.com.
2. Enter your work email address and click Continue.
3. Open the verification code from your email and complete sign-in.

If you are new, OutboundSync creates your account automatically on first successful login. The login screen notes: If you don’t have an account, we’ll create one.

Evaluate on the free tier

After sign-in you can self-serve the full evaluation path without a formal pilot:

1. Connect HubSpot or Salesforce — see the HubSpot setup guide or Salesforce setup guide.
2. Create a webhook receiver in OutboundSync.
3. Add the webhook URL to your sales engagement platform.
4. Send a test webhook payload and confirm how activity lands in your CRM.
