Start with symptom
Section titled “Start with symptom” No webhooks or payloads at all Start here when nothing shows in OutboundSync webhook logs or CRM.
Missing outbound activity Work through the fastest checks when CRM activity has not appeared yet.
Refresh token or authorization issues Resolve account auth failures that block sync.
Salesforce task-type mapping errors Fix a common Salesforce event-mapping failure.
Check logs before escalating Verify logs and isolate source system versus mapping issues.
