HeyReach exclusion lists from Salesforce reports
OutboundSync now pushes contacts from Salesforce reports directly into HeyReach exclusion lists, so open deals and customers stay out of new campaigns.

HeyReach → Salesforce
Salesforce teams running HeyReach have had no native path in. OutboundSync logs connection requests, messages, and replies on the Lead or Contact, and keeps exclusions in sync.
HeyReach connects to Salesforce through OutboundSync. HeyReach connection requests, acceptances, messages, replies, follows, likes, profile views, and tag changes are logged as Tasks on the matching Lead or Contact. Any Salesforce report can be synced to HeyReach as an exclusion list, so suppression follows the records your team already maintains.

HeyReach ships no native Salesforce connector, which leaves social outreach invisible to the CRM most enterprise sales teams run on. OutboundSync fills the gap without middleware: each HeyReach webhook becomes a Salesforce Task with the campaign and sender details, sitting on the same timeline as email and calls.
For social sources, Salesforce lookup tries your own lookup ID first when the payload carries one, then the social profile URL, then email. That order suits Salesforce orgs where Leads often have a profile URL from enrichment but no verified email yet. Once activity lands reliably, Flows and reports treat social exactly like any other channel.
Every event below arrives in near-real time and lands on the matched Salesforce record. Pick the ones you want per source.
| Event | Channel | Where it lands in Salesforce |
|---|---|---|
| Connection request sent | Social | Task on the Lead or Contact |
| Connection request accepted | Social | Task on the Lead or Contact |
| Message sent— Standard and premium messages | Social | Task on the Lead or Contact |
| Reply received— Standard and premium message replies | Social | Task on the Lead or Contact |
| Follow sent | Social | Task on the Lead or Contact |
| Post liked | Social | Task on the Lead or Contact |
| Profile viewed | Social | Task on the Lead or Contact |
| Lead tag updated— Manual tags plus positive, negative, and generic auto-tags | Social | Task plus optional OutboundSync fields on the Lead or Contact |
Event names come from the HeyReach webhooks OutboundSync receives. See the HeyReach event reference.
Report on opportunities where a HeyReach reply came first, so social gets the credit it earned.
Use a Salesforce Flow on new HeyReach reply Tasks to notify the account owner right away.
Turn a report of customers, partners, or open opportunities into a HeyReach exclusion list.
The options teams weigh before they commit a production sync.
| Option | What it does | Trade-off |

| HeyReach's native Salesforce connectorNative integration comparison | HeyReach does not ship a native Salesforce connector. | HeyReach has no native Salesforce connector — native Salesforce tracking is a public roadmap request, reachable otherwise only through generic automation tools.Source: heyreach.io, roadmap.heyreach.io |
| Zapier, Make, or n8nCompare integration platforms | Catch HeyReach webhooks and write each event to Salesforce with a workflow you build. | Every event type, retry, and field change is a workflow you maintain, billed per task or step. |
| Custom buildBuild vs buy | Write your own service against the HeyReach and Salesforce APIs. | You own matching, deduplication, API limits, and every upstream schema change. |
| OutboundSync | Pre-built social activity sync into Salesforce Leads and Contacts, with Salesforce reports pushed back as block lists. | Self-serve setup, searchable event logs, and support from the team that maintains the connector. |
A Salesforce admin creates an External Client App, then connects it in OutboundSync and picks Task or EmailMessage logging.
Add your HeyReach API key in OutboundSync, then paste the source's webhook URL into HeyReach.
Pick which HeyReach events to log, whether they write Tasks or EmailMessage records, and which OutboundSync fields to fill.
Point a Salesforce report of customers, open deals, or do-not-contact records at HeyReach so they never get cold outreach.
Trigger one HeyReach event and confirm it on a real Lead or Contact.
Turn on the source and start building Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Flows on real HeyReach data.
Any plan
OutboundSync works with every HeyReach plan (Growth, Agency, and Unlimited). Webhooks and the API are included on all of them.
OutboundSync works across Salesforce editions. The difference is API capacity: plan for roughly 6 API calls per sent email once replies and status events are counted.
| Edition | Fit | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Professional | Limited support - API limits may restrict ongoing sync. |
|
| EnterpriseMost common | Recommended - Best balance of capability, API capacity, and cost. |
|
| Unlimited | Ideal - Best for scale and high activity volume. |
