Partner spotlight: HeyReach
HeyReach is a social selling platform built for agencies and teams that run outreach across a lot of accounts at once. It connects to OutboundSync as a live, two-way integration, so the outreach you run in HeyReach shows up on the right records in your CRM.
Who’s behind HeyReach
Tomi Jurukovski and Nikola Velkovski founded HeyReach in 2023, and the company is based in North Macedonia. They built it as an agency-friendly social outreach tool — the pricing and features an agency needs to run high-volume outreach for lots of clients without the work feeling robotic.
Their point of view is worth calling out, because it shapes the product: send fewer messages, but start better conversations. In their words, quantity without quality is just spam — the goal is to say something people actually want to reply to.
What HeyReach does
HeyReach lets you run social outreach across many accounts from one place, without those accounts tripping over each other. That’s who it’s for — agencies managing outreach for a roster of clients, or teams running a lot of reps.
It’s also built to fit the rest of your stack rather than replace it. HeyReach integrated with Clay early on and has kept adding connections since. In 2025 they launched HeyReach MCP, which lets you run actions inside HeyReach by talking to an AI assistant instead of clicking through the app.
How HeyReach structures your data
HeyReach organizes everything around campaigns. Each campaign ties together rotating senders across many social accounts, the leads you import, and a multi-step sequence of connection requests, messages, and other touches. Replies come back to a unified inbox, where tags mark status — positive, not interested, follow up later, or whatever tags the team defines. Every touchpoint becomes an event: connection request sent or accepted, message sent, premium message sent, reply received, follow sent, profile viewed, post liked, plus lead-tag and auto-tag updates — each carrying campaign and timestamp metadata. Those events are exactly what OutboundSync reads and lands on the matching CRM record.
On the automation side, campaigns run multi-step sequences with if-connected branching, rotate senders so accounts stay under limits, and can pause, resume, or redistribute outreach when a seat hits its cap. The unified inbox auto-tags replies by sentiment so warm leads don’t sit unmarked. HeyReach MCP lets AI assistants clean lists, launch campaigns, draft messages, and tag replies without clicking through the app. Campaign analytics track acceptance and reply rates — near-real time views of which campaigns convert — so teams can pause underperformers and scale the ones that work.
How it works with OutboundSync
You run your campaigns in HeyReach, and OutboundSync moves that activity into your CRM. Connections, messages, and replies all land on the matched person and company in HubSpot or Salesforce — both directions — so a rep sees the full outreach history right next to the emails and calls on that record.
