Agencies love Instantly for cold email volume and HighLevel for running each client's CRM. The two rarely talk. OutboundSync links them at the sub-account level: you authorize a Location, and Instantly activity for that source lands only on that Location's Contacts.
Each event arrives as a readable plain-text Note, so a client's team can open a Contact and see which Instantly campaign reached them and how they responded. Email is the match key and is never overwritten, which keeps HighLevel's dedup behavior intact, while name, phone, and company stay current as new data arrives.

How to set up Instantly + HighLevel
Step 1: Connect HighLevel
Authorize the HighLevel sub-account (Location) from CRM Settings in OutboundSync with the same email you use to log in.
Step 2: Connect Instantly
Add your Instantly API key in OutboundSync, then paste the source's webhook URL into Instantly.
Step 3: Create the HighLevel source
Select Instantly when you create the HighLevel source, and confirm how contacts are matched.
Step 4: Send a test event
Trigger one Instantly event and confirm it on a real HighLevel Contact.
Step 5: Go live
Launch with the OutboundSync team watching the first production events in HighLevel.
