GetSales + HighLevel integration

Give clients the full GetSales story in HighLevel. OutboundSync writes every email and social step as a plain-text Note on the matching Contact.

GetSales + HighLevel at a glance

GetSales connects to HighLevel through OutboundSync. GetSales email sends and replies, connection requests and acceptances, and social messages and replies are written as plain-text Notes on the matching HighLevel Contact in one authorized sub-account. Matching uses a custom field for the social profile URL, with fallbacks to email.

Agencies using GetSales often run social and email for the same client at once, and the client only sees half of it. OutboundSync writes both channels into their HighLevel sub-account as readable Notes, so the client can follow a prospect from connection request to reply without asking for a report.

Because GetSales is hybrid, setup points OutboundSync at the HighLevel custom field that stores social profile URLs. Social events match on that field, email events match on email, and new Contacts can have their profile URL written back for next time.

What teams do with GetSales + HighLevel

  • Report both channels

Clients see GetSales email and social activity on the same HighLevel Contacts.

  • Follow up where they replied

Notes show whether the reply came by email or social, so follow-up matches the channel.

  • Build profile data

Profile URLs written back to your custom field improve matching over time.

GetSales + HighLevel FAQ

  • What GetSales activity does OutboundSync sync to HighLevel?
Email sent, email reply received, connection request sent, connection request accepted, social message sent, social reply received, and contact enriched or exported.
  • Which HighLevel records does it write to?
OutboundSync matches or creates HighLevel Contacts. GetSales events land as plain-text Note on the Contact. See the HighLevel beta guide for details.
  • Does GetSales activity create HighLevel conversations?
No. Sends and replies are logged as plain-text Notes on the Contact, not as HighLevel Conversations, so your client inbox stays reserved for live messaging.
  • Is the integration one-way or two-way?
One-way. Activity flows from GetSales into HighLevel, and nothing is written back to GetSales.
  • Can I use HighLevel records as a block list?
Not today. Block lists come from HubSpot lists or Salesforce reports. The HighLevel beta syncs activity in only.
  • Do I need admin access to set it up?
The HighLevel user who authorizes the Location must use the same email as their OutboundSync login.
  • Which GetSales plan do I need?
OutboundSync receives GetSales activity through webhooks. Confirm your GetSales plan includes webhook access, or ask us to check during setup.
  • How is GetSales + HighLevel priced?
Beta access is scoped with the OutboundSync team during onboarding. Billing follows the same model as every plan: sent messages per month. Replies, opens, clicks, and lead-category updates are not billed. See the pricing page.
  • Can I do this with Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Yes, for lightweight automation. Zapier, Make, and n8n are good for prototypes and simple routing, but they need ongoing maintenance and bill by task or step. OutboundSync is pre-built for outbound CRM sync, keeps searchable event logs beyond 30 days, and prices by outbound volume.
  • What breaks first when this scales?
Data quality and reliability break first: duplicate events, retries, out-of-order webhooks, and bursts during big sends. OutboundSync handles idempotency, timing buffers, and queue recovery, and flags suspicious or mismapped payloads instead of writing them.
