Attio teams tend to model their pipeline carefully, which makes unstructured email history a poor fit. OutboundSync gives Instantly activity two shapes in Attio: a readable Note on the Person for context, and, when you enable it, a structured OutboundSync record with platform, campaign, event type, and timestamp fields.
Those records are where Attio gets useful. Filter to every Person who replied to a given Instantly campaign, build a list of meetings booked this quarter, or sort by most recent activity. The OutboundSync object upserts on a unique event key, so retried webhooks don't pile up duplicate records.

How to set up Instantly + Attio
Step 1: Connect Attio
Install OutboundSync from the Attio App Store, then optionally create the OutboundSync custom object in CRM Settings.
Step 2: Connect Instantly
Add your Instantly API key in OutboundSync, then paste the source's webhook URL into Instantly.
Step 3: Create the Attio source
Select Instantly when you create the Attio source, and confirm how contacts are matched.
Step 4: Send a test event
Trigger one Instantly event and confirm it on a real Attio Person.
Step 5: Go live
Launch with the OutboundSync team watching the first production events in Attio.
