Salesforge + HighLevel at a glance

Salesforge connects to HighLevel through OutboundSync. Salesforge email sends, opens, clicks, replies, bounces, unsubscribes, reply sentiment, and social replies are written as plain-text Notes on the matching HighLevel Contact in one authorized sub-account. Agencies running Salesforge for clients need a simple way to show outcomes, and positive replies are the outcome clients care about. OutboundSync writes Salesforge sentiment into HighLevel as a Note on the Contact, so a client team can filter to the good replies instead of reading raw inbox exports.

Every other Salesforge touch lands the same way, as plain text that reads cleanly in the Contact view. Name, phone, and company refresh on each match, while email stays fixed as the dedup key.

Salesforge + HighLevel FAQ

  • What Salesforge activity does OutboundSync sync to HighLevel?
Email sent, email opened, link clicked, reply received, email bounced, contact unsubscribed, reply sentiment, and social reply received.
  • Which HighLevel records does it write to?
OutboundSync matches or creates HighLevel Contacts. Salesforge events land as plain-text Note on the Contact. See the HighLevel beta guide for details.
  • Who authors the Notes in HighLevel?
OutboundSync writes the note author from the owner you configure. It never sets the Contact assignee, so client assignment rules stay in charge.
  • Is the integration one-way or two-way?
One-way. Activity flows from Salesforge into HighLevel, and nothing is written back to Salesforge.
  • Can I use HighLevel records as a block list?
Not today. Block lists come from HubSpot lists or Salesforce reports. The HighLevel beta syncs activity in only.
  • Do I need admin access to set it up?
The HighLevel user who authorizes the Location must use the same email as their OutboundSync login.
  • Which Salesforge plan do I need?
OutboundSync receives Salesforge activity through webhooks. Confirm your Salesforge plan includes webhook access, or ask us to check during setup.
  • How is Salesforge + HighLevel priced?
Beta access is scoped with the OutboundSync team during onboarding. Billing follows the same model as every plan: sent messages per month. Replies, opens, clicks, and lead-category updates are not billed. See the pricing page.
  • Can I do this with Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Yes, for lightweight automation. Zapier, Make, and n8n are good for prototypes and simple routing, but they need ongoing maintenance and bill by task or step. OutboundSync is pre-built for outbound CRM sync, keeps searchable event logs beyond 30 days, and prices by outbound volume.
  • What breaks first when this scales?
Data quality and reliability break first: duplicate events, retries, out-of-order webhooks, and bursts during big sends. OutboundSync handles idempotency, timing buffers, and queue recovery, and flags suspicious or mismapped payloads instead of writing them.
