SalesRobot + Pipedrive integration

SalesRobot runs the social sequence; Pipedrive keeps the deals. OutboundSync pins every accepted connection, step, and reply to the Person as a Note.

SalesRobot + Pipedrive at a glance

SalesRobot integrates with Pipedrive through OutboundSync. SalesRobot accepted and withdrawn connection requests, executed campaign steps, replies, and completed sequences are written as Notes pinned to the matching Pipedrive Person. Matching uses the Person field that stores the social profile URL, and OutboundSync creates the Person when none exists.

Social prospects rarely come with an email address, so SalesRobot sync into Pipedrive matches on the social profile URL instead. You choose the Person field that holds it during setup, and every SalesRobot event lands on that Person as a Note from then on.

The Notes read like a sequence log: request accepted, step executed, reply received. A rep can see how warm a prospect is before opening a deal, and the completed-sequence Note flags people who went quiet.

SalesRobot + Pipedrive FAQ

  • What SalesRobot activity does OutboundSync sync to Pipedrive?
Connection request accepted, connection request withdrawn, campaign step executed, reply received, and sequence complete.
  • Which Pipedrive records does it write to?
OutboundSync matches or creates Pipedrive Persons. SalesRobot events land as note pinned to the Person. See the Pipedrive beta guide for details.
  • Do I need email addresses for SalesRobot prospects in Pipedrive?
No. Social sources match on the social profile URL stored in a Person field you choose. Email is optional for these prospects.
  • Is the integration one-way or two-way?
One-way. Activity flows from SalesRobot into Pipedrive, and nothing is written back to SalesRobot.
  • Can I use Pipedrive records as a block list?
Not today. Block lists come from HubSpot lists or Salesforce reports. The Pipedrive beta syncs activity in only.
  • Do I need admin access to set it up?
The Pipedrive user who authorizes OAuth must use the same email as their OutboundSync login.
  • Which SalesRobot plan do I need?
OutboundSync receives SalesRobot activity through webhooks. Confirm your SalesRobot plan includes webhook access, or ask us to check during setup.
  • How is SalesRobot + Pipedrive priced?
Beta access is scoped with the OutboundSync team during onboarding. Billing follows the same model as every plan: sent messages per month. Replies, opens, clicks, and lead-category updates are not billed. See the pricing page.
  • Can I do this with Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Yes, for lightweight automation. Zapier, Make, and n8n are good for prototypes and simple routing, but they need ongoing maintenance and bill by task or step. OutboundSync is pre-built for outbound CRM sync, keeps searchable event logs beyond 30 days, and prices by outbound volume.
  • What breaks first when this scales?
Data quality and reliability break first: duplicate events, retries, out-of-order webhooks, and bursts during big sends. OutboundSync handles idempotency, timing buffers, and queue recovery, and flags suspicious or mismapped payloads instead of writing them.
