SalesRobot + HighLevel at a glance

SalesRobot connects to HighLevel through OutboundSync. SalesRobot accepted and withdrawn connection requests, executed campaign steps, replies, and completed sequences are written as plain-text Notes on the matching HighLevel Contact in one authorized sub-account. Agencies selling social outreach need proof that lives somewhere the client looks. OutboundSync puts SalesRobot activity in the client's HighLevel sub-account, as Notes on the Contacts the campaign reached, so progress and replies are visible without a separate report.

HighLevel matches social prospects through a custom field you set up for profile URLs. SalesRobot events match on it, and OutboundSync can write the profile URL back to new Contacts so later activity finds them.

SalesRobot + HighLevel FAQ

  • What SalesRobot activity does OutboundSync sync to HighLevel?
Connection request accepted, connection request withdrawn, campaign step executed, reply received, and sequence complete.
  • Which HighLevel records does it write to?
OutboundSync matches or creates HighLevel Contacts. SalesRobot events land as plain-text Note on the Contact. See the HighLevel beta guide for details.
  • Does SalesRobot activity change HighLevel pipelines?
No. OutboundSync writes Contacts and Notes only. Opportunities, pipelines, and tasks stay under your client’s control.
  • Is the integration one-way or two-way?
One-way. Activity flows from SalesRobot into HighLevel, and nothing is written back to SalesRobot.
  • Can I use HighLevel records as a block list?
Not today. Block lists come from HubSpot lists or Salesforce reports. The HighLevel beta syncs activity in only.
  • Do I need admin access to set it up?
The HighLevel user who authorizes the Location must use the same email as their OutboundSync login.
  • Which SalesRobot plan do I need?
OutboundSync receives SalesRobot activity through webhooks. Confirm your SalesRobot plan includes webhook access, or ask us to check during setup.
  • How is SalesRobot + HighLevel priced?
Beta access is scoped with the OutboundSync team during onboarding. Billing follows the same model as every plan: sent messages per month. Replies, opens, clicks, and lead-category updates are not billed. See the pricing page.
  • Can I do this with Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Yes, for lightweight automation. Zapier, Make, and n8n are good for prototypes and simple routing, but they need ongoing maintenance and bill by task or step. OutboundSync is pre-built for outbound CRM sync, keeps searchable event logs beyond 30 days, and prices by outbound volume.
  • What breaks first when this scales?
Data quality and reliability break first: duplicate events, retries, out-of-order webhooks, and bursts during big sends. OutboundSync handles idempotency, timing buffers, and queue recovery, and flags suspicious or mismapped payloads instead of writing them.
