Masterinbox + Pipedrive integration

Qualify in Master Inbox, sell in Pipedrive. OutboundSync pins each Master Inbox message, label, and list change to the Pipedrive Person so the handoff is clean.

Masterinbox + Pipedrive at a glance

Master Inbox integrates with Pipedrive through OutboundSync. Outgoing and incoming messages from the email and social inboxes connected to Master Inbox, plus label changes and prospect list changes, are written as Notes pinned to the matching Pipedrive Person. OutboundSync finds or creates the Person and can assign an owner on creation.

Master Inbox lets a small team answer replies from many senders, and Pipedrive keeps the deals that come out of those replies. OutboundSync connects the two with Notes on the Person, so when a rep creates a deal, the conversation and the label your team applied are already there.

Because Master Inbox relays both email and social inboxes, setup covers both match paths: email for email threads, and the Person field you choose for social profile URLs. Every message lands on the same Person regardless of channel.

Masterinbox + Pipedrive FAQ

  • What Masterinbox activity does OutboundSync sync to Pipedrive?
Message sent, email received, social message received, label changed, and prospect list changed.
  • Which Pipedrive records does it write to?
OutboundSync matches or creates Pipedrive Persons. Masterinbox events land as note pinned to the Person. See the Pipedrive beta guide for details.
  • Does Master Inbox activity create Pipedrive deals?
No. The connection writes Persons and pinned Notes, and reps decide which qualified conversations become deals.
  • Is the integration one-way or two-way?
One-way. Activity flows from Masterinbox into Pipedrive, and nothing is written back to Masterinbox.
  • Can I use Pipedrive records as a block list?
Not today. Block lists come from HubSpot lists or Salesforce reports. The Pipedrive beta syncs activity in only.
  • Do I need admin access to set it up?
The Pipedrive user who authorizes OAuth must use the same email as their OutboundSync login.
  • Which Masterinbox plan do I need?
OutboundSync receives Masterinbox activity through webhooks. Confirm your Masterinbox plan includes webhook access, or ask us to check during setup.
  • How is Masterinbox + Pipedrive priced?
Beta access is scoped with the OutboundSync team during onboarding. Billing follows the same model as every plan: sent messages per month. Replies, opens, clicks, and lead-category updates are not billed. See the pricing page.
  • Can I do this with Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Yes, for lightweight automation. Zapier, Make, and n8n are good for prototypes and simple routing, but they need ongoing maintenance and bill by task or step. OutboundSync is pre-built for outbound CRM sync, keeps searchable event logs beyond 30 days, and prices by outbound volume.
  • What breaks first when this scales?
Data quality and reliability break first: duplicate events, retries, out-of-order webhooks, and bursts during big sends. OutboundSync handles idempotency, timing buffers, and queue recovery, and flags suspicious or mismapped payloads instead of writing them.
