Salesforge + Pipedrive integration

Decide which Salesforge replies deserve a deal without leaving Pipedrive. OutboundSync pins each event, including reply sentiment, to the Person as a Note.

Salesforge + Pipedrive at a glance

Salesforge integrates with Pipedrive through OutboundSync. Email sends, opens, clicks, replies, bounces, unsubscribes, positive and negative reply sentiment, and social replies are written as Notes pinned to the matching Pipedrive Person. OutboundSync finds or creates the Person and can set an owner on new records.

Pipedrive users think in deals, and a Salesforge positive reply is often the first sign of one. OutboundSync puts that reply and its sentiment on the Person as Notes, alongside the emails that led to it. A rep can scan the Person and decide in seconds whether a deal is warranted.

Since Salesforge runs social steps, a reply may come from that channel instead of email. Those replies are logged on the same Person, so nobody misses a prospect who answered where it was easiest for them.

Salesforge + Pipedrive FAQ

  • What Salesforge activity does OutboundSync sync to Pipedrive?
Email sent, email opened, link clicked, reply received, email bounced, contact unsubscribed, reply sentiment, and social reply received.
  • Which Pipedrive records does it write to?
OutboundSync matches or creates Pipedrive Persons. Salesforge events land as note pinned to the Person. See the Pipedrive beta guide for details.
  • Does Salesforge activity create Pipedrive Activities?
No. OutboundSync writes Notes on the Person, not Pipedrive Activities or Calls, so your activity calendar stays reserved for scheduled work.
  • Is the integration one-way or two-way?
One-way. Activity flows from Salesforge into Pipedrive, and nothing is written back to Salesforge.
  • Can I use Pipedrive records as a block list?
Not today. Block lists come from HubSpot lists or Salesforce reports. The Pipedrive beta syncs activity in only.
  • Do I need admin access to set it up?
The Pipedrive user who authorizes OAuth must use the same email as their OutboundSync login.
  • Which Salesforge plan do I need?
OutboundSync receives Salesforge activity through webhooks. Confirm your Salesforge plan includes webhook access, or ask us to check during setup.
  • How is Salesforge + Pipedrive priced?
Beta access is scoped with the OutboundSync team during onboarding. Billing follows the same model as every plan: sent messages per month. Replies, opens, clicks, and lead-category updates are not billed. See the pricing page.
  • Can I do this with Zapier, Make, or n8n?
Yes, for lightweight automation. Zapier, Make, and n8n are good for prototypes and simple routing, but they need ongoing maintenance and bill by task or step. OutboundSync is pre-built for outbound CRM sync, keeps searchable event logs beyond 30 days, and prices by outbound volume.
  • What breaks first when this scales?
Data quality and reliability break first: duplicate events, retries, out-of-order webhooks, and bursts during big sends. OutboundSync handles idempotency, timing buffers, and queue recovery, and flags suspicious or mismapped payloads instead of writing them.
