EmailBison connects to Attio through OutboundSync. Every EmailBison event, including sends, opens, replies, bounces, unsubscribes, interested leads, automated-reply flags, and tag changes, writes a Note on the matched Attio Person. The optional OutboundSync custom object stores each event as a structured record with campaign, sequence step, and message text.

EmailBison customers often run dozens of campaigns at once, which makes a flat activity feed hard to use. In Attio, the OutboundSync object turns that feed into records with fields for campaign name, campaign ID, sequence number, subject, and reply message. Filter them however your team thinks about pipeline.
Tags and automated-reply flags are events too, so you can build an Attio list of People EmailBison tagged as qualified, or leave out anyone whose only reply was automatic. Notes keep a readable history on the Person for anyone who just wants to scan the thread.

How to set up EmailBison + Attio
Step 1: Connect Attio
Install OutboundSync from the Attio App Store, then optionally create the OutboundSync custom object in CRM Settings.
Step 2: Connect EmailBison
Add your EmailBison API key in OutboundSync, then paste the source's webhook URL into EmailBison.
Step 3: Create the Attio source
Select EmailBison when you create the Attio source, and confirm how contacts are matched.
Step 4: Send a test event
Trigger one EmailBison event and confirm it on a real Attio Person.
Step 5: Go live
Launch with the OutboundSync team watching the first production events in Attio.
