Partner spotlight: EmailBison
EmailBison is a cold email platform built around one thing above all: deliverability. It’s aimed at high-end agencies that live or die by whether their email lands, and it positions itself as a private sending platform for the top tier of senders. It connects to OutboundSync as a live, two-way integration.
Who’s behind EmailBison
EmailBison is a privately held company based in Canada, run by a small team that keeps things deliberately lean. Its founder has chosen to stay out of the spotlight, so the company — not a personal brand — is what’s front and center, with Felipe Aranguiz leading revenue as CRO. The through-line is deliverability: it’s the conviction the whole platform is built around, not a feature bolted on later.
What EmailBison does
EmailBison is a sending platform for agencies and GTM teams that treat sender reputation as the whole game. Rather than a shared platform, it runs private, single-tenant sending on dedicated IP pools, which is how it protects deliverability at high volume — and it backs that with serious security and compliance work: SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA, the kind of footing the larger clients agencies chase tend to require.
The pitch is narrow on purpose: built for the senders who care most about landing in the inbox.
How EmailBison structures your data
EmailBison organizes everything around workspaces. Each workspace holds your leads — with custom variables, tags, statuses, and segments — the multi-step sequences and campaigns you send them, and a unified Master Inbox where replies come back. Sending runs across dedicated sending accounts and IP pools rather than a shared pool, which is the mechanism behind the deliverability focus. Every touchpoint becomes an event: emails sent (scheduled or manual), opens, replies, positive or “interested” replies, bounces, and unsubscribes — each carrying its campaign ID, name, and timestamp. Those events, along with tags attached and removed, are exactly what OutboundSync reads and lands on the matching CRM record.
On the automation side, sequences run multi-step flows with adaptive conditions, reply-triggered follow-ups, and step-level A/B testing that picks a winner on its own. Campaign-level views and email stats show how sends and replies are trending. EmailBison pushes each event out through webhooks as it occurs — retrying a failed delivery up to five times over 24 hours — so the activity that shows up in your CRM stays current.
How it works with OutboundSync
You run your campaigns in EmailBison, and OutboundSync moves that activity into your CRM. Sends and replies land on the matched person and company in HubSpot or Salesforce — both directions — so a rep sees the outreach history next to the emails and calls already on that record.
