Furnace builds and runs cold outbound email systems for B2B teams — targeting, copy, sending infrastructure, and replies — pointed at webinars, meetings, or deal flow. Clients own the system; Furnace engineers and operates it.
On its own, that activity lives inside Furnace, not in the CRM your team works from. OutboundSync is the CRM integration: connect a Furnace webhook receiver and every supported send, reply, reply category, and bounce lands on the matching Salesforce or HubSpot contact as structured activity. Furnace runs outbound; your CRM holds the record.
OutboundSync receives four Furnace webhook events and maps them to standard CRM fields in near-real time: email sent, reply received, reply categorized, and bounce detected. Reps get reply text on the contact. RevOps gets send, category, and bounce history for attribution and workflows. Opens, clicks, and unsubscribes are out of scope.
This is a direct beta integration from the OutboundSync team. Create a Furnace webhook receiver in OutboundSync — setup is handled with the team during onboarding.
