New integration: Furnace

OutboundSync now supports Furnace for cold email campaigns:

• Receiving near-real time webhooks from Furnace for four campaign events: email sent, reply received, reply categorized, and bounce detected.
• Syncing campaign activity to standard HubSpot and Salesforce fields so reps, RevOps, and leadership work from one CRM record.
• Logging activity so native CRM workflows can fire as prospects reply or bounce.

Furnace builds and runs cold outbound email systems for B2B teams. With OutboundSync, every supported send, reply, reply category, and bounce lands on the matching CRM record automatically — no manual entry or spreadsheet cleanup.

This is live now as a direct beta integration in your account. Create a Furnace webhook receiver in OutboundSync and start seeing data appear in your CRM. Setup is handled with the OutboundSync team during onboarding.
