Reply.io integration now available
OutboundSync now supports Reply.io campaigns for HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, and Attio.
OutboundSync now supports:
- Receiving and processing Reply.io webhooks for email and social events on the same contact
- Mapping email activity (sends, opens, replies, bounces, link clicks, auto-replies, and reply categories) into contact and engagement records across HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, and Attio
- Capturing social activity (connection requests, accepted connections, messages, replies, and reply categories) alongside email touches on the same contact
- Carrying campaign, sequence, user, team, and timestamp metadata through so reporting and workflows have full context
- Automatically updating records in near-real time as events occur in Reply.io
Reply.io is a multichannel sales engagement platform that combines email and social outreach with AI-driven sequences in one workspace. Teams run blended cadences across both channels without stitching together separate tools for each step.
This means every Reply.io touch — an email open, a social message, an accepted connection — lands on the right contact in your CRM automatically, whether you run HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, or Attio, without juggling separate exports for each channel.
This is a direct integration built by the OutboundSync team, with beta access live now in your account.
