Pipedrive CRM integration now available
Pipedrive CRM is now a supported CRM destination in OutboundSync — in beta, one-way, and onboarded with our team.
If your reps live in Pipedrive, outbound activity from your sales engagement platforms can land on the Person instead of sitting in a separate tool. Each mapped event finds or creates that Person and writes a Note. The Pipedrive timeline is where reps catch up before the next call.
What beta covers
This beta is intentionally lighter than HubSpot and Salesforce. OutboundSync writes the Person and the Note only — not Deals, Organizations, or native Pipedrive Activities.
Email, social, and call events all become Notes on the matched Person. Call Notes can include duration and a recording URL when the source sends them. New Persons get name and email on upsert. You can filter those Notes in the views you build in Pipedrive; we do not ship prebuilt ones.
OutboundSync is listed in the Pipedrive Marketplace for public OAuth. The webhook receiver and first test Note still go through guided onboarding.
How it works
Connect Pipedrive as a Connected Account, then create a source for the sales engagement platform you already run.

On the source, pick the platform and keep ALL data syncs to Pipedrive when you want the full event stream. Email sources lock Person lookup to the default email field. Social and hybrid sources match on the social profile URL field you point at.

Social platforms follow the same Person → Notes mapping.

On the Pipedrive side, the Person timeline carries the outbound context — sends, replies, category updates, connection accepts, and call logs — attributed through the API user. Reps stay in Pipedrive instead of bouncing back to the sequencer.

Supported platforms match the current OutboundSync roster — Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, Clay, EmailBison, and the rest, plus a few via Master Inbox. Salesfinity is not in this rollout. See the Pipedrive integration page for the live list; exact event coverage is confirmed on the onboarding call.
