Brevo integration now available
OutboundSync now supports Brevo transactional email activity for Attio, Close, HighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce.
Here’s what that includes:
- Receiving and processing Brevo transactional webhook payloads with Brevo’s flat, email-first event structure
- Mapping sends, opens, first opens, link clicks, hard bounces, soft bounces, and unsubscribes into CRM records
- Carrying recipient email, subject, template, tag, Brevo contact ID, Brevo event ID, message ID, event timestamp, clicked link, and bounce reason context through when Brevo includes it
- Looking up records by email and syncing the mapped activity through the configured CRM worker
- Automatically updating records in near-real time as events occur in Brevo
Brevo is an email and marketing automation platform used for transactional email, lifecycle messaging, SMS, and CRM workflows. Teams use Brevo to send and track important customer and prospect emails without managing a separate sending stack.
This means every supported Brevo transactional email touch — a send request, open, first open, click, bounce, or unsubscribe — lands on the right record in your CRM automatically, without manual exports or cleanup.
Brevo webhook payloads are compact, so OutboundSync uses the recipient email address as the lead identifier. When Brevo includes more context, OutboundSync preserves it: template_id becomes campaign ID, the first tags value becomes campaign name, message-id is carried as the email message ID, link is captured for click events, and reason is captured for bounce events.
This is a direct integration built by the OutboundSync team, with beta access live now in your account.
