When you connect Aimfox, OutboundSync processes all 13 Aimfox event types and maps them onto the contact record in near-real time. In plain terms, that’s every meaningful social touch:

- Messages sent and replies received
- Premium message replies
- Follows and post reactions
- Profile views
- Lead label and category updates
- Campaign steps and completed sequences

Where this is heading
Outbound used to be a single-channel conversation — mostly email. That’s changing: our Q1 2026 channel data shows email still leads while multichannel adoption keeps climbing. Over the past year we’ve extended OutboundSync well past email: more CRMs (Close and Attio alongside HubSpot and Salesforce), and social activity from platforms like Aimfox landing on the same records as everything else. The thesis is simple — your CRM should be the one place every touch is recorded, whatever channel it came from. Email and social compound when they live in the same system. This workshop is a practical look at how to make that real.
