OutboundSync sponsors Bootprint scholarships
I’m proud to announce that OutboundSync is a sponsor and scholarship partner for Bootprint — formerly Clay Bootcamp — founded by Nathan Lippi.
There are six scholarships in this round. I’m not going to rehash the fine print here. Check joinbootprint.com for the details and how to apply.
Why we’re sponsoring
We’ve worked with graduates of this program, and they know their stuff. We want more of them — more customers and operators who come out of Bootprint ready to build real go-to-market systems.
We’re proud to stand alongside the other sponsors helping people learn how to sell and go to market in the AI era.
What Bootprint is
Bootprint trains people to become GTM engineers: RevOps, outbound, and the multi-tool systems that stitch a modern stack together. The curriculum covers Clay, Claude Code, CRM and RevOps, cold email systems, n8n, and more — with intensive 1-1 coaching, a private community, and help landing roles or clients.
Nathan started it as Clay Bootcamp. In 2026 the name became Bootprint, because the program had outgrown a Clay-only identity. Clay still sits in the foundation layer; the rest of the stack is broader now. Clay has trained employees through the program, and agencies like Understory and The Kiln hire from it. More than 350 people have gone through.
Alumni we’ve worked with
Two people we’ve worked with went through this program — and you could be like them.
Growth Today — co-founded by Jani Vrancsik and Brigitta Ruha (Brigi). They’ve taken the agency into mid-market and increasingly enterprise work with complex systems. I recently caught Brigi on a Smartlead webinar. We spotlighted Growth Today separately if you want the full picture.
Natalia Gaal — now at Understory, which is also a Bootprint partner. On her own she’s one of the most sophisticated HubSpot operators I’ve worked with. I used to run a HubSpot partner agency; now we run a HubSpot app of our own. I’ve worked with a lot of people in this space, and she’s phenomenal. She’s a Bootprint alum (and coaches in the program now). Understory’s allbound practice is in our partner spotlight.
Jani’s an alum. Natalia’s an alum. Plenty of others from the program can open doors if you put in the work.

[00:00] Harris Kenny: I’m really proud to announce that OutboundSync is a sponsor and scholarship partner for Bootprint, formerly known as Clay Bootcamp, founded by Nathan Lippi.
[00:14] This is a fantastic program for people to learn RevOps, Outbound, and now what’s known as GTM engineering skills. It’s a fantastic program and the reason why we’re sponsoring it, it’s pretty simple — we’ve worked with graduates of this program and they really know their stuff.
[00:34] And we want there to be more. We want more customers like the people who come out of this program. We’re really, really proud to partner with them and stand alongside some fantastic other sponsors who are helping people get this exceptional education.
[00:48] To learn how to sell and go to market in the AI era. So there’s going to be six scholarships. I’m actually not going to go into the details. You should check out joinbootprint.com. You can see the scholarship details there.
[00:57] I just wanted to flag two people specifically that we’ve worked with that are amazing. That went through this program and you could be like them. Okay, so you have John at Growth Today. Him and his co-founder Brigi are fantastic.
[01:12] They really have some interesting clients in terms of where they’ve grown with their agency and mid-market and even increasingly enterprise. Very complex systems. And I just heard Brigi actually speak on a Smartlead webinar and, um, great stuff.
[01:22] And then Natalia Gaal, now she is fantastic. She works with Understory. Now Understory is also a partner of Bootprint. But she, in her own right, is one of the most sophisticated HubSpot operators that I’ve had a chance to work with, you know, ever in my career.
[01:46] I’ve been using HubSpot a long time. Used to run HubSpot Partner Agency. Now we run HubSpot App. So, I’ve worked with a lot of people in this space and she’s phenomenal. And she went through the Bootprint program as well.
[01:55] Now she’s an alum. John’s an alum. And there are many, many, many others, uh, alumni of this program who can help you get opportunities.
[02:05] So, OutboundSync is officially a sponsor. We’re so proud to be part of the program. Proud to be helping folks learn these new skills. Check it out. Joinbootprint.com. Formerly, Clay Bootcamp.
[02:18] And, uh, I think it’s going to be great. It’s going to be a great opportunity. And, uh, there’s going to be six people who are able to go through the program, uh, that maybe couldn’t afford to do it otherwise.
[02:23] And I’m really, really proud of that and proud to be paying it back. But check out their site, scroll around. You’re going to see tons of familiar names and faces. And who knows? You could be one of them. Good luck.
