HighLevel CRM integration now available
HighLevel CRM is now a supported CRM destination in OutboundSync — in beta, one-way, and ready to connect as a Location (sub-account). Teams searching for GoHighLevel land here too.
If your reps live in HighLevel, outbound activity from your sales engagement platforms can land on the Contact instead of sitting in a separate tool. Each mapped event finds or creates that Contact and writes a plain-text Note. The Contact timeline is where reps catch up before they reach back out.
What beta covers
This beta is lighter than HubSpot and Salesforce. OutboundSync writes the Contact and the Note only — not companies, opportunities, pipelines, or tasks. Company is a string on the Contact, not a separate object.
Email and social events become Notes on the matched Contact. Sends and replies are Notes, not native email activities. On match, name, phone, and company name refresh, and email stays put. You can filter those Notes in the views you build in HighLevel; we do not ship prebuilt ones.
Connect HighLevel from CRM Settings in OutboundSync with Location OAuth. The HighLevel email must match the OutboundSync user. Source setup and the first test Note still go through the OutboundSync team.
How it works
Connect HighLevel as a Connected Account, then create a source for the sales engagement platform you already run.

On the source, pick the platform. Email sources lock Contact lookup to email. Social and hybrid sources match on a HighLevel custom field for the social profile URL.
On the HighLevel side, the Contact carries the outbound context — sends, replies, category updates, and connection accepts — as Notes. The configured owner is the note author only; the Contact assignee is never set. Reps stay in HighLevel instead of bouncing back to the sequencer.

Supported platforms match the current OutboundSync roster — Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, Clay, EmailBison, and the rest, plus a few via Master Inbox. See the HighLevel integration page for the live list; exact event coverage is confirmed on the first test Note.
