Partner spotlight: RevPartners
There’s exactly one firm that holds Elite partner status with both HubSpot and Clay: RevPartners. In June 2026 it became part of B2B growth agency Walker Sands — but the reason it earned that distinction is the more interesting story.
RevPartners is an OutboundSync agency partner, and it runs on the platforms OutboundSync supports, so we’ve watched the work closely.
Who’s behind it: Brendan Tolleson
RevPartners is led by co-founder and CEO Brendan Tolleson, and the company’s operating belief is blunt: tech without alignment is just noise. RevPartners treats a CRM less like software you install once and more like a product you maintain and improve — its Revenue Performance Model pulls acquisition, retention, and expansion into one system of visibility instead of three disconnected ones.
That conviction is why, a thousand-plus CRM builds later, RevPartners is the only firm to earn Elite status with both HubSpot and Clay — the platform most B2B revenue teams run on, and the data tool the modern GTM stack is being rebuilt around.
What sets RevPartners apart
Plenty of agencies implement HubSpot. RevPartners’ edge is twofold. First, the dual-Elite standing isn’t a vanity badge — it means the same team is certified at the top tier on both the CRM and the enrichment layer, so the system they build doesn’t hand off between two vendors who don’t talk. Second, they don’t just do the work; they convene the people who care about it.
That second part is SouthBound — RevPartners’ own conference, “the GTM conference for revenue leaders,” held at The Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta. It’s capped at roughly 500 attendees, about 70% of them CEOs, with a stage that has hosted HubSpot CEO Yamini Rangan and Clay co-founder Varun Anand. An agency that can put the CEO of HubSpot on its stage is operating at a different altitude than most.
Now part of Walker Sands
In June 2026, RevPartners was acquired by Walker Sands, a B2B growth agency of around 175 people with clients like Amazon Business and John Deere. RevPartners keeps its name and team — “RevPartners, a Walker Sands company, with the same team, same relationships and same focus” — and the combination brings more than 250 people across revenue operations, brand, creative, communications, and demand generation under one roof.
The logic is a more connected go-to-market: Walker Sands brings brand strategy and demand; RevPartners brings the RevOps and CRM systems that turn that demand into pipeline. For clients, it means one partner for both the story and the system that runs on it.
What RevPartners does
Day to day, RevPartners is a RevOps and GTM-engineering shop: HubSpot implementations, migrations, and integrations; CRM architecture and data work; and the go-to-market systems that connect them. The track record is deep — 1,000+ CRM and RevOps deployments, a 5.0 rating across hundreds of HubSpot reviews — for clients that range from startups up to names like Eventbrite and Zoom.

The fit with OutboundSync
RevPartners builds on the platforms OutboundSync supports — Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce — and OutboundSync lands outbound activity on the right records in the CRM. For a team whose whole pitch is a CRM that stays clean, aligned, and trustworthy, that handoff is exactly the seam they care about getting right.
If you want RevOps run by the rare team that’s Elite on both your CRM and your data stack, RevPartners is who to talk to.
