The OutboundSync integration is delivered as the OutboundSync Analysis skill for OpenClaw. With the skill installed, you can ask your assistant questions in natural language about outbound campaign performance: which campaigns got the most replies, which have high opens but low replies, who to prioritize for follow-up, how Instantly or Smartlead (or EmailBison, HeyReach) are performing, and what your bounce and unsubscribe trends look like. Analysis uses OutboundSync engagement signals already in HubSpot or Salesforce—read-only, with no CRM mutations.
The skill supports strict mode (deterministic intents and preflight checks) and an exploratory mode for best-effort analysis when strict intents don't match or for social-only HeyReach signals. Email, social, and phone outbound activity are all in scope.
